i have taken oral and have never felt any difference. iunderstand the kreb cycle but with out calories to create energy b-12 would have no effect on the kreb cycle right?

Which is also my opinion. Don't see any reason to inject it when sublingual b12 is just as effective (still nothin great...)

I know a few people who claim that taking it w/ your gear helps w/ painful injections.

for the painfull suspension injection like with testo susp or winny you can cut it with B12, but it dosent work with oily injection => oil and water dont mix very well.
