Just wandering if the book offered on this site is a good investment or waste of $ per say as far as the benefits..I appreciate any input on this.

I haven't seen a bad review on any of the EF books. The cookbook is excellent. Before working with trainer and getting very specific diet, the book and other articles by the author saved me from cheating on my diet. Still use it to cook for my family. My wife thinks I am treating her to a 5 star restaurant every day.
Nothing is a replacement for seeking as much advice as possible from those who came before us but the books are certainly a nice supplement or kick start.

I appreciate it my friend..I bought the book and have gone over it pretty thoroughly..I work in a field where a felony charge woud ruin my career ie end it permanately..I used to live near the border of mexico and cycled pretty religiousy for around 8-9 yrs however now I do not live near it and with the new laws regarding scheduling AAS as a III category has me more than apprehensive..I did see a section or site that dealth with stealth packets..my question is would this still be enough for law enforcement to gain or obtain a conviction even if this stuff is not labeled..I did just get done purchasing dermacrine and phytotest..also considered Havoc and Tren-extreme..in an attempt to come close to the real thing that I used to indulge in without the risk of my family and career..again I think it is pure madness that the gov. has scheduled these as they have while at the same time allowing the sales of alcohol and cigarettes which contribute to more deaths and medical deficiencies and ailments..I appreciate you posting a response sir..and would gladly accept any info you can forward my way..hope to talk to you soon..
