After a year away from the sport...b/c of shoulder surgery...I am now back in the gym...I have been working out for about 3 weeks. 1st Question: When would you get back on the gear? I have done some d-bol cycles....some sustanon cycles and some dbol/sust cycles and had great luck with them b4 I tore my shoulder up. Would you get right on a cycle? 2nd Question: What should I do? I want a kick ass bulking cycle....im 5'10" 165. I was 190 at the time of my injury. Ive seen alot of new stuff that I did not see a yr ago. Thanks for the help
 
I'd say work out for a year or two and get your strength back up, get your training in check and your diet in check. don't push yourself to where you re-injure the part that you injured before, but push yourself to the point where you feel like you ARE making progress.. Then look into gear.

That's what I was thinking.
 
get back on the gear after you have been training naturally again for some time. build back a good base. once you have built a good base from which to really work with then u can consider juicing again. a good mass stack ehh. keep it simple and basic. do not concern yourself with all the new exotic goodies at this point which you are not familiar with. a stack such as 500mg test a week along with either 25-30mg d-bol a day for the first 4 weeks and/or 300-400mg eq a week should be good fro you. follow this for an 12 week cycle. train hard, eat right, and get plenty of rest and you should do well. if those dosages seem a little high for you lower it a bit. i myself have never gone above the gram dosages a week. it depends on the individual. good luck bro.
