After a year away from the sport...b/c of shoulder surgery...I am now back in the gym...I have been working out for about 3 weeks. 1st Question: When would you get back on the gear? I have done some d-bol cycles....some sustanon cycles and some dbol/sust cycles and had great luck with them b4 I tore my shoulder up. Would you get right on a cycle? 2nd Question: What should I do? I want a kick ass bulking cycle....im 5'10" 165. I was 190 at the time of my injury. Ive seen alot of new stuff that I did not see a yr ago. Thanks for the help
