Info on a Scammer, Att. All!

This email was sent to me by a source who's name I will keep private as he has requested. This is a statement from him concerning a person he was associated with at one time who took it upon himself to feed upon the trust of his brothers.

To those of you who have been effected by this situation you will know what this is all about and those of you who have no clue, steer clear of this guy as even I myself have been shorted by him at one time.



"Well guys, after getting the ok from 2Thick, WCP, and M-18, it's time to
post someone as a scammer. The hard part is that I USED to be partners
with this guy. I haven't been associated with him for some time now, but
unfortunately am taking some heat for his actions. Here's how his scam
happened: The guy ordered six grand worth of gear to cover what he owed
customers. When he got it (it was delayed due to miscommunication with
his supplier, but he DID recieve it), he decided not to ship it out to waiting
customers. When questioned about it (from myself included), it was always
"it will go out this weekend bro" or something to that effect. Never did
it go out. It went on so long, that I (after seperating from him) actually
started checking HIS emails because he wasn't, and trying to get him to
send the gear to these people. SOME of them did recieve, but not the right
orders... Some were left hanging. I kept answering his emails for him,
and telling his customers to hang in there, I was trying to get him to
ship. He never did. I actually looked like I lied to these peole a few
times, cause I'd pass along the info he gave me and it was wrong. To anyone
I mislead (unintentionally-sp?), I apologize. I just passed along what
he told me. I then asked him to send it to me, along with who it all went
to, and I'd personally ship it for him so nobody got fucked. It didn't
happen. Well actually he did send me four cyp, two testanon, two deca,
one anavar, and THREE amps of omna?!?!?!? What the hell is this?? I was
able to fill(partially) two of his orders. I asked him to send the rest
so I could ship to his customers, and i never heard from him again. I had
mods emai him, he never replied. I had people he used to be friends with
(online only) email him, he never replied. Soooooo.....now we're aware
that he without doubt scammed people.

The reasons I'm posting this?? One, I want people to steer clear of anyone
named "Rocco". I don't want anyone else to loose their money. Two, I want
to make sure I don't go up in flames with him because I was associated with
him some time back. Apparently there are a few people who are already blaming
me for this. I'm here now to say that I had NOTHING to do with his scamming.
I feel for anyone that lost money with this guy. He always seemed like
a standup guy, and was friends with more than one mod. Everyone liked him,
I just don't get it...... I have already lost one mod as a friend over
this, and I don't like it. So for those of you who might know who I am
now, any of the mods I listed above will stand by me and tell you that I
am a 100% stand up guy. My integrity has been questioned because of someone
else's actions, and it kinda sucks....lol. I've gone out of my way for
customers (once even driving to Canada just so I could ship product to someone
there so it wouldn't get caught in customs. Eventually I had such a good
time in Canada I forgot to ship it though....lol. Sorry bro-you know who
you are:-) I never had a problem in this business until I included this
guy, and now I know why. I hate doing this, I always liked him. But it
needs to be out in the open. I have EVERY email I sent to him (probably
about 50 of them) asking him to send that shit, and/or send it here and
I'll ship it for him. I have every response I got from him....all (maybe)
dozen of them.... I have every email I sent to a mod asking what we can
do to get him to take care of this. My integrity should not be questioned.
For everyone reading, avoid Rocco, Rocco141, and anything else with Rocco
in it. If you are one of the people owed, email [email protected]
or [email protected] and feel free to unleash. I honestly think he reads
them, just doesn't reply.... I'm out for now. I will check back on this
tomorrow (Saturday) and add whatever I can. Any questions, feel free and
I'll answer as honestly as I can. To the mod who turned his back on me
because of this..... I don't blame you bro. I won't miss the refs from
my own personal business (no partners...lol). I will miss calling you a
friend though. I've known you a long time, and always liked the fact we
were friends. If you feel I let you down by being unable to stop Rocco
from scamming, then I apologize. There was nothing I could do for those
people, I tried a thousand times to have him settle it. Peace everyone...."


Do not email me asking for this source's name, I respect this man and his privacy.

Im sure if you ordered directly from him you and not Rocco then you have nothing to worry about, its my understanding that these orders came in some time ago.

my opinion is that they are both scammers! it sure is easy to pass the buck to someone else. I am also wondering why some Mods still back this guy when he owes $?

the bro is doing all he can to make things right. i've communicated with him and one of the mods here at EF for the last five months and everything the bro says is true.

hey pollock -- it took five months for me to finally get my order after his EX-partner screwed him over -- but it came! trust me, the man is trying his hardest to make things right. i'm pretty sure he's out some of his own money to make ammends for all that has gone down. that is NOT the work of a scammer.

you can pm me if you need more reassurance but i am certain that he will make things good. unfortunately this shit is part of the risk you take when you play the game. at least this guy is trying to patch things up.
 
if the other guy is still good it sure would be nice of him to reply to my e-mails. Also if someone desides that they want to be partners with someone else then that is there problem not mine. If I was going to have a partner then it would only be someone who I would trust with my life and if he did go bad I would feel it is my responsibilty to make good on all debts. I sure wouldn't be pointing the finger that makes you look pretty stupid as well.

you make a good point pollock. the man made a poor choice for a partner as a business relationship!

but the thing is, this bro is trying to make things right with the folks that got screwed by his ex-partner. as i already said, i believe he has covered some of the losses out of his own pocket. i emailed him on your behalf pollock. don't know if it will help. but if i know this bro he'll do everything he can to make it up to you. i was in the same boat as you -- and he came through for me.

I was one of the bros that got caught up in the situation. He was able to get some of my gear to me. This Rocco is a peice of shit!!!! This guy, in my case was a stand up guy and tried to make good with me. He is a stand up guy.

guy. I tried a million times, and he just didn't/wouldn't send. He told

back-it's possible, but I don't know for sure) you spoke to me thru the
email when you ordered, that was as far as it went with me other than me
trying to take care of it for him after that fact. I feel for you bro,

ten of you who he scammed. It's not worth all the hassle he's about to
get over ten people's money.... And this is not an attempt for me to pass
the buck bro. When someone scams, they just slip away and nobody hears
from them again till they come back under a different name and do it again.
They don't go online and post someone they used to consider a good guy
as a scammer, and try to make sure people know it wasn't them.... It's
a pretty simple thing. He took the money. He placed the order. He got
the gear. He kept the gear. I know you're upset, as you have every right
to be, but if Rocco is the scammer, it's as simple as that.... I've tried
to get him to settle with you guys a ton of times. I'm sure now he's gonna
get a TON of email from mods, vets, and angry customers. Maybe that will
sway him to ship. I honestly don't know, but that's what I'm hoping for.
I hope you guys get everything you paid for, every last amp or tab. But
that's out of my hands now. You guys need to pressur him to no end until
he realizes he needs to ship this shit for his own good. I will check back
again...."

I also want to thank everyone for not clogging the hell out of my email box with questions about this guy.

He also went by a few other names in the past. He kept changing them for "security" reasons. Go figure. He put alot of us in a hard spot and I have a few bro's that got ripped by this guy.

I still say BULLSHIT. You know who this fucker is so post his real name not some fucking e-mail address. If you don't know who he is why and the hell would you use him as your partner? If you do know who he is why won't you post his name (out of respect)? I am just about to post your name on here as a scammer as well. I still would like to here from 2Thick or Mustang as to why they are still backing your ass? It is no wonder Slopain isn't. This hole thing seems really shady to me. Maybe you just have two e-mail accounts and one of them is Rocco! Anybody who beleives this guy is telling the truth put up some proof, like the guys name, his parents name, his address and not his e-mail address that means nothing to me.

I've ordered many times from rocco's partner (not rocco) and have always got my stuff. He's a good bro

Ive never had a complaint on this guy(I put the message up for) and I know many people who use him on a regular basis, and believe me, its all too common for any newbie who dont get his shit within 2 weeks of his order to email me yelling scammer, so I hear it all.

I put up this guys message but will not personally involve myself with it. I really feel for anyone who got scammed Ive been scammed for a good chunk of cash and I know how it feels and believe me if I felt for one moment that this guy was lying I would crucify him for it.

I made a similiar mistake a few months ago with el cubano. I was so sure that he was involved with a scammer. I put up the thread "fl source" in which I went round and round with el cubano. I recieved a lot of misinformation from guys who appearently knew no more about the matter than I did. A few days ago I recieved a domestic letter of seizure. My funds had been confiscated by the US postal inspectors office in Tampa FL. There was no scamming, just a good source had got busted, without anyone really knowing what had happened. Now I'm sitting here with shit on my face, having dragged el cubano through the mud unjustly. I posted a new thread telling the board that I fucked up, and I'm e-mailing those that I remember that contacted me on this issue. I know that our circumstances differ, but it looks like to me that WCP is trying to be a good guy here.

I am not saying anything bad about any of the Mods. I just don't understand why you guys still back this guy? If his partner went bad that is his problem he is the one that trusted him not me. Why won't the so called good partner post any info on the so called bad partner. He says it is out of respect, how can anyone respect a scammer? Those are my complaints. They are both scammers in my book. I wouldn't order anything from Pennsylvania ever again.

I do agree with many of your points my friend. I have no love for true scammers.
