Thank you, I am in no rush to start, I'm only in a rush to start learning and trying to understand. My diet is good.... most of the time. I have found that I can stay on diet for about 8-10 weeks.. after that I start craving and useually take a week or so off diet, then go back on again.
I am currently on a 5x5 routine. 3 days a week. with cardio after or on my off days. Is this a good routine while on cycle? or should I be hitting the gym a lot more often?
I'd try to hit each body part 2x a week. Your body will recoupe faster on cycle. So use it to your advantage. Stay off the cardio on cycle, and while going through PCT. You don't want to eat up all your gains.
the 5x5 is a good routine for strength...I would do higher reps for hypertrophy. A lot of guys like to mix it up with heavy weight low reps for a couple weeks, then lighter weight high reps for a couple weeks.
