Info for potential first cycle....

I have been debating for a while if I want to do a cycle or not. But I still don't feel like I have enough info to make a good decision.

Is there a sticky I missed or a site that has info on the different types, what they are good for etc?

Im 5'6 175-180 12%bf and I really wanna tone up and add some size.

Any help would be great.

there is tons of info on this website, look around, its there. You oviosly havent done any research.
 
I did research for 3 years before I joined the Darkside. I recommend taking the time to not only understand what Steroids are (there are quite a few) what they do, and how they do it. I is also important to understand the commonly used ancillary drugs, how they work and what they do. There is no excuse for not understanding what you are putting into your body as there is more than enough info regarding everything and anything you could want to know on the net. Get a plat membership and read up on some topics in the AAS forums

You need to understand the basics of AAS, PCT, the diff. combinations of AAS and how they work together, the sides, etc...

How long have you been working out?

probably the most pertinent question, how old are you?
 
there is tons of info on this website, look around, its there. You oviosly havent done any research.

The problem is I am not sure what to search for. If I search for Steroids I get every single post back. and everything in this forum is about... How is my stack, how is my cycle, etc. not threads like "everything you wanted to know about Test, or Deca etc.

Thank you, and that is what I am trying to achieve. I want to be able to find out as much as I can to be able to make an educated decision on wether or not I want to, as well as what is right for me if I decide to.

Thanks Traz, Not that I don't enjoy this site, but at this point I am not ready to spend money here, or anyother site. Maybe sometime in the future, who knows....But there has to be a way I can get this info for free.

I have been lifting for for 7 years on and off, but have really only become serious, and started gaining real knowlegde this past year.Thanks to EF.

Thanks, I have read this article, and I have done a "pre-cycle cycle" I did 8 weeks, on diet and going to the gym 3 times a week( I do the 5x5) This is also something I have wondered about, if I start a cycle, is that sufficeint? or would I need to change my routine?
 
if you've only just got serious this past year, I would give it another year before starting any juice. Make sure your diet is in check, and your routine is up to par.


That being said, take this year to research steroids. Find out how to take them, what they do, sides, pct. Everything you can get your hands on. By this time next year you'll have enough knowledge, and be physically ready for the juice. (pending your routine and diet is good).

For a first cycle just run Test. I would go with a longer ester to avoid less pokes (since its your first) test-e or cyp. whatevers cheaper will do.

Thank you, I am in no rush to start, I'm only in a rush to start learning and trying to understand. My diet is good.... most of the time. I have found that I can stay on diet for about 8-10 weeks.. after that I start craving and useually take a week or so off diet, then go back on again.

I am currently on a 5x5 routine. 3 days a week. with cardio after or on my off days. Is this a good routine while on cycle? or should I be hitting the gym a lot more often?
