inflamed bicept

my bro is spot injecting tren @ 40 mg a day, he generally hits delts, bi's, chest. on thursday 3/17 he hit his rigth bi, roughly 24 hrs later last night around 11pm he calls me sayin his bi is red, swole, itchy, but painless. he just came by on his way to work and holy shit its very swole, inner arm bi and tri. he came to me for an opinion on what to do and i had no advice for him, other than if it gets painful go see a doc.

the tren he is runnin was homebrew carts made by me. there are three of us using the same brew although he is the only one with this problem.

anyone have any similar problems and or advice to pass on? thanks...

If he injected it on Thurs 3/17 can you ask him to check the paper and give me the lotto numbers?

Have him start antibiotics.

thats happened to me once, my site was red, inflamed, itchy, etc... it just looked wrong, my friend saw in and said i needed to go to doc, i did,(although i just told them i was working on a house and ran into a nail,ha, dont ask me how but they bougt it), anyways, they had to give me antibiotics through vein every 8hrs for the next 3days, and they had to cut it out, because a puss pocket formed, so to conclude, this isnt a light matter, make him go in to the ER if its bad, because once the infection hits the bloodstream, its going to be alot harder to fight... oh and did he use the proper preparations for the injection, i know i did, but i think what happens is A. the open wound(injection site) no matter how big or small can let in bacteria, and how much bacteria do you think is at a gym, with all the sweat... B. or the vial or needle themselves were contaminated, i doubt it since you said he has been using them for a while.. but that would be my guess, get his ass to a hospital, and try to think of a good excuse on why his arm is inflamed,

It is definitely an allergic reaction.
If it is not painful, then it is NOT abscess.
Try benadryl (2 caps 3 times a day, will cause drowsiness) and cold soaks.

thanks for the replies, he is at the doc now. i'll post the diagnosis/remedy in a couple hours.
