Infection question

I'm about to start a cycle soon and was wondering about something. If I get an infection, what do I tell the doctor caused it? I heard that admission of illegal substance abuse could lead to loss of future medical insurance.

I've seen where guys will say they giving themselves a B-12 injection, or some way off the wall shit like I ran into a nail, lol. But I always like to keep some antibiotics on hand anyway, just in case.
