About two weeks ago I was doing some treadmill work at a pretty good pace. I was listening to my discman and watching hockey on the tv. Needless to say I wasn't paying attention to the treadmill and stepped on a stationary part of the machine with my right foot. My left foot was still on the track. So in this position my right foot stopped moving & my left foot kept moving. I ended up doing the splits and going face first into the control panel. After I regained my composure I had a hell of a time not laughing my ass off at myself. Thank God it wasn't busy.
