Have the Tandoori (Indian BBQ) chicken or kabaabs and stay away from the creamy curries and carb loaded breads. It's possible to cook healthy Indian food (just like mom used to) without the use of cream and oils.
At restraunts, have the tandoori stuff. It has a bit of carbs due to the yogurt (or cream) used as a tenderizer and flavoring, but I find it awesome for keto. On refeed days, I go buck-wild on the naan and tandoori chicken....aargh, four more days till I get my Indian food fix. Okay, remain calm, it's only four days....
