Increlex and IGF1

Right i managed to get my hands on some Increlex wich is the FDA approved drug for IGF1

im a bit confused about the dosage cause usual bodybuilding doses of IGF1 are around 120mcg at day while on the leaflet of this drug its reported 0,4-0,8mg per KG of bodyweight day for terapeutix use so for a person of 80kg will be about 6,4mgs at day!! a box contains only 40mg so it will be quite pricey!

I don't understand such a big difference of dosages

Any help will be appriciated
