Increased Recovery!

I dont want any mass gain, just a AS to increase my recuperation abilities?

1. EQ- like it causes increases red blood cells (100 mgs a week?)

2. anavar- no weight gain just increased strength

3. low dose test. and which one, suspension? dbol?

already did a cycle of anavar. just not sure on doing the EQ or low does test. please explain your answer.
 
For your goals it doesn't sound like you need AS.

I know I've heard reports of EQ raising red blood cell counts, but I think that is true of most (if not all) AS because I've also read that about test, deca, and anavar. But none of these cause nearly the RBC increase that EPO does.

As for anavar with no weight gain, that is true. However, you can do any cycle of AS and if you keep a maintenance amount of calories in your diet, you will not gain weight, except for some water weight.

As for your low dose of testosterone theory, you definitely do not want to take suspension because it is not esterified and it will only be active in your body for a matter of a few hours after injection. Secondly, dbol is not testosterone. If you're only going to take 100mg/w you'd want a long acting ester like enanthate or cypionate. In my opinion this is a stupid idea and a waste unless you're using it for testosterone therapy, which you're not.


So, I think you need to rethink this. If you're going to risk all the side effects of AS, why not reap all their benefits and do a cycle with conventional dosages? What are you specific goals? Why do you need faster recuperation without mass gain?
 
I need to train in swimming,cycling & running in a high volume. I

was looking to AS as a way to recover from the large volume of

training i want to do. I was thinking dbol cause of its so called

high recuperation abilities, same thing with a low does of test.
 
Ok. Then I think an test stacked with a good anabolic cycle would be best. I'm assuming you're going to go on a long cycle. Dbol is great but if you take it for a long period of time it's bad for your liver. And even though you're considering low dose EQ, it might be a bad idea because of the incredible hunger that some people get on it. 100mg/w is only slighly above normal test levels, so go 200/w, even that is common among long term testosterone therapy subjects.

Maybe test 200mg/week plus anavar 30-40mg/d

Or test 200mg/week plus Deca 200mg/week

Or test 200mg/week plus winny 50mg/d

Also be sure to get a long acting test ester like enanthate or cypionate so you only have to do injections twice a week, or every 4-5 days.
 
There's nothing wrong with that, I was just thinking that if you don't want to gain any weight at all, that the increase in appetite could be a problem... probably won't with that low dosage.

Take low dose test along with it to avoid sexual side effects.
 
My Experience...

I like this subject! My goals are to "rip up" somewhat while increasing stamina and certain strength exercises. Specifically:

Swim 500 yards in 10:45
10 min break
50 push-ups in 2 mins
50 sit-ups in 2 mins
8 pull-ups in 2 mins
10 min break
Run 1.5 miles in 10:25

All while maintaining (or trying to) my regular weight training routine (5 on 2 off)
I am basically a small medium build guy (5' 5", 160lbs) with about 12% bf....and old, 40.

I had used Anavar, actually Lonavar, about 12 years ago when I was really doing the run-swim-PT thing and my recovery time was amazing! Yes, I hardened up a little because I was still weight training 3 days a week then, but I could run 8 miles in the morning and do a 2 mile open ocean swim with fins in the evening and after a straight 8 hours sleep be ready to do it agin in the morning. It was amazing.
I am now starting an Anavar only cycle as I ramp up for lots of training. However, I am thinking about adding small amounts of test (400mg cyp) as well to help provide an assertive edge to my training, since I tend to give up or slack off a lot more easily now.

In summary: My experience with Anavar at 100 mg a day has reduced my recovery time, no matter how hurt I am, to a matter of 12 hours or so. That alone is a huge benefit!
