I know you'll tell me to do a search. I just want to know if it's common for your workouts to be more painful when youstart cutting bodyfat? I'm using fina and test and i'm under 8% now. I was around 12% when i started 8 weeks ago. I've noticed crazy pumps and increased pain when contracting any muscle group during workouts. Is this because of the decreased water in the muscle and joints?
