Increase Red Blood Cells

damn i'm on anadrol/carao/EQ right now. i should have lotsa red blood cellage. :)
 
Thank you to all......I am going to look for the B12 and Q-10 and MAYBE try some creatine as long as I don't get bloat (I must meet a weight limit).
 
My experience with carao has included an increase in edurance both in getting out extra reps in the gym as well as in aerobic endurance. I hike or snoshoe several times per week and its about impossible for me to get winded. YMMV-valerie

Carao has definitely been the big endurance enhancer for me... and this is born out by most of the feedback I've gotten from other users.

Animal studies show it increasing RBC by 130%... and some of the bike racers using it are likening it to blood doping in effect.

Do a SEARCH on carao. Fonz posted some of the best scientific studies in translation.
 
CoQ-10 is an antioxidant. It passes all doping tests as it is legal. It helps with blood flow and blood oxygen if i'm not mistaken.
