Patro I assume you want to increase your metabolic rate to loose body fat.
There's very good advice in this thread for achieving that goal.
In simple terms, to loose body fat you need to burn more calories each day
than you consume in food. Fat burners (E/C/A stack, clen etc) can give you an
edge but you must first focus on the basics:
DIET
- clean diet; reduce calories if needed by cutting carbs first, fats second
- include some unsaturated fats in your diet (flax, almonds, peanut butter)
- eliminate all white starchy carbs (white bread, potatoes, pasta, white rice)
- eliminate salt and sugar
- keep protein at a minimum of 1 gram/lb bodyweight (preferably 1.5 g/lb)
- eat at least 6 meals day
- have vegetables in as many meals as possible
- reduce/eliminate fruits and juices
- drink lots of water
ACTIVITY
- weights (good post asone) 3-4 times/week
- cardio - 3-5 times/week
SUPPLEMENTS
- ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) 800 mg day
and
- E/C/A stack (a few times a day), or
- Clen or T3 (great post givmejst1night)
