First cycle last year bulked from 175lb to 205lb. Now at 185lb, 15% bf. Didn't eat that lean last time around, lot of fat went to my face and to my gut. Just started 2nd cycle of 500mg test ew, have been eating 350g protein a day but keeping my fat and carbs low. Also running t-rex and Glucorell and doing cardio 5 times a week (low intensity). I really do need to get a lot thicker but without bulking to the extreme that I look like a fat bastard so I'm scared to start pounding the carbs again.
So really, question is can I continue with a low carb/high protein diet and still put on a lot of muscle mass at the same time?
