Try this workout...

incline bench

flat bench db press

incline db press

incline flies

incline db press w/ db's together

I find flat bench barbell press causes to many promblems with my shoulders, especially when gaining strength quickly while on gear.

my incline is almost as strong as my flat too....and I totally agree that incline seems to be better on the shoulders when you're "on"....don't know why?
But you can't abandon flat all together.....eventually your incline will stagnate, so you have to switch it up.
