Just wondering if anyone else can Incline press more than Flat press using BB and DB's?
Also, what's the reason behind it?

But you should stress inclines over flat bench (usually)36drew said:I wish I could. However most individuals leverage attachements and body structures don't cater to benching more on the incline. I'd estimate maybe 5% of people press more on the incline (all things equal).
