What the heck is 1-AD?? I did a search on Google, which lead me to a site that stated this:
1-AD is the proprietary name for the pro hormone 5alpha-androst-1-en-3,17-dione. 1-AD has the following properties:

Orally active – greatly suppressed liver deactivation
Converts directly and efficiently to a hormone over 700% more potent than testosterone
Does not aromatize, nor do any of its metabolic products - absolutely no estrogen formation
A naturally occurring endogenous hormone in man

I'm curious to know other peoples experience with said product!

The question IS very vague.
If you're not getting enough in your diet then, caseinate and egg protein are the best supps. Whey is extremely over-rated (esp. a cheap concentrate) for anything other than post workout.
Udo's is much better than flax, since taking too much flax can create an imbalance in the different Omegas, which can cause worse problems than having a deficiency.

Better yet, eat fresh salmon regularly and save your single best supplement for something not easily obtainable.

For my money, it doesn't get better than creatine, assuming you're getting all the nutrients you need from real food (big assumption, but it can be done). You'd have to eat ungodly/unhealthy amounts of beef every day to match a single teaspoon of creatine.
