Better yet, eat fresh salmon regularly and save your single best supplement for something not easily obtainable.

For my money, it doesn't get better than creatine, assuming you're getting all the nutrients you need from real food (big assumption, but it can be done). You'd have to eat ungodly/unhealthy amounts of beef every day to match a single teaspoon of creatine.

Unfortunately 99% of salmon sold in supermarkets in the us is farm raised, they are fed some kind of corn feed mixure that makes them grey so they add coloring to their feed to make the flesh orange.

The farm fed salmon is much lower in the beneficial nutrients like EFAs than wild salmon, which is like 6x as expensive.

Ergo Flax seed oil is best.

What I'm talking about is that if you're not a platinum member, then your search is restricted. So if I try to do a search and there are 500 threads on the topic, I can only view 5 of them unless I upgrade my membership. Therefore my search button is basically useless.
