in the ear earphone things

Ok, so im at work. I need to listen to some tunes, but all i have are some sony earphones that go in your ear. I am pretty behind on earphone times, and usually just use normal ones. The thing is, how the hell do you wear these things. They are the normal kind that are really little and supposed to go in your ear. I can rest them there and balance, but if i move an inch they fall out. Is there a trick to getting them snug?

They are actually made to resonate with your sinus cavity.
You are supposed to put them up your nose. Just dont put em to far, you'll be able to tell.
