In Regards to my locking/deleting "TheMachine01's" thread

First off, I'd like to say that it shouldn't be a surprise that price check threads are not allowed, they almost ALWAYS end up turning into a source post "I can get it for $$$ *Wink Wink*" or "hey bro, you got a PM"

I realize that Machine is a vet here, and I had no intention of making an example out of him. I have respect for this cat and think he is an asset to the board. The thought of taking it to a PM comes up, but I really don't like the thought of those threads up for one more second than they have to be... PM's create a delay... ahh well...

If you need a price check on someone... ask a friend or a mod... if you think you are getting rooked... ask us. But when you post it up on the board... you are setting up a big spike for scammers... maybe not you, but some nooob who sees a guy posting he can get it for cheaper... or sees the "you got a PM" and inferrs from that he can get it for him... noob just got scammed.

Just something to keep in mind, I know it's not a NEW idea I came up with ... the mods here have been doing this... just probably more on a down low that I

C-ditty, I'll let you slide this time. How in the hell do you expect me to scam all the newbies if your gonna delete all my price checks . Just so everyone knows, I definately think that C-ditty will make a great MOD here and theres no beef between me and him, I was unaware of the price check rule.
