i get shocking pains thriugh my forearms everytime i let go or put down my dumbells.They're fine when I do my lifting but when i place them down and let go I get huge pain through my forearms could this be tendinitis and is there anything i could do (exercises) to help this. I do forearms on arm days. Thanks bros
 
its when you open your hands up after squeezing the shit out of the bar of the dumbell, i used to get that about a year ago, not sure what it is, but it went away.

you might be overworking your arms, i had the same thing when i pollvauled in high school, when i took it easy it was fine after .
it has nothing to do with juicing. just your overworked
