In need of Help

Long story short.. 1.5 years ago I ran Test Cyp 500mg Tren E 400mg.

This was my 4th cycle

I dropped the tren after 10 days - Depression.

Continued on Test for 12 weeks and did PCT.

a Month prior I got of ssri after 6 years.

Since then I have not been able to train properly, extreme muscle tightness, weakness slight joint pain.

The best way I can describe it, doing an exercise the muscle is extremely tight, almost like a knot.

Not been able to get a pump at all.
I have been to 4 doctors. All bloods are normal.

test, e2, lh, prolactin, cortisol, b12, zinc, vit d , magnesium, progesterone, fsh.

If I flex any muscle esp back, calves, tricep the tightness exists.

I have lost most of my gains.

Any ideas what I can try next?

and no its not in my head.

I tried a test only cycle last year but cut it short as the current problem diddnt subside.

I have tried taking, mag, zinc, b12, vit a, biotin.

I feel as tho its a deficiency but cant seem to figure it out ( the month after the cycle I broke out in extreme kp but that has since mostly gone)
Suffering from short term memory loss, tiredness, loss of appetite.

the fact that you have a history of depression is a red flag. there is an underlying problem with you and the steroids made it worse.

you need to ground yourself and find balance in your life. as much as i want to tell you to go see a psychologist, they will only throw you on a bunch of meds

First off don't use tren.

Second you didn't mention diet, your symptoms sound exactly like someone who is in a state of malnutrition. You can't lose your gains if you are eating at maintenance or a surplus.

I really recommend getting some professional help. It sounds like you have some real mental issues you need to work out.

Do you have insurance? Most health care companies will cover the appointments.

As a psychologist I can tell one thing for sure - if you are physiologically sound, as you have already mentioned, it is something mental, and you really need to get an appointment with a good professional. Especially given the combination of depression, steroid use, and your cessation of SSRI. By the way - how did you stop taking them? Gradually, or all of a sudden?
