In need of advice

okay so basically Im new to this site and Im about to start my first cycle.
did I mention I need help? okay so here is what im working with.
300*5mg/tab of naposim and 100*10mg/tab of stanabol.
im 140 lb and about 5 8'. 5% body fat.
any recomendations? should I get somthing for post cycle?

at 140lbs. u need food, not gear. eat everything in sight. u can put on 25lbs natty without gear easy. start by posting up your diet... and age
 
nevermind about the 5% its a little higher n a typical diet would be.
wake up cereal n waffles.
regular sub with about 9 ounces of prime rib from quiznos. (i work there. lol.)
then another same size sub. go to the gym around 7. drink a protien shake right after n start going home n eat dinner which might be somthing like meat rice n a glass of juice. then a little before I go to sleep I might eat like a bread with milk.


im 18 and back in highschool i had aroun 8% body fat.
im gunna try posting up pitcures so you guys can get an idea of my structure.
 
Thats not enough food. Look at my diet.

Meal 1- 50g Whey
Meal 2- 3 egg whites, 2 eggs, 2 cups milk, 2 pieces ww bread, 5 tbsp flax seed
Meal 3- 20g Whey, 3 pieces ww bread
During W/O- Gatorade
Post W/O- Glycomaize, creatine
Meal 4- 50g Whey
Meal 5- 1 can tuna, mustard, 2 pieces ww bread
Meal 6- 6-8oz lean meat, 2 pieces ww bread, 2 cups carrots
Meal 7- 6-8oz lean meat, half cup almonds, 2 cups chopped broccoli
Meal 8- 2 Scoops Casein

4,435 calories. You will grow this is all you need and an intense training routine.

you will not get any steroid advice here---we do not give advice to anyone under 21. anyone who does will prob. get banned.

you need to forgot about gear for about 10 years.
 
DUDE! For right now...try American Idol.....come back when you start shaving,
have 5 years of strict weight training and diet, and weigh at least 180.
