it says on the directions one heaping teaspoon. what do they consider heaping nebody know, how high should the powder be over the teaspoon. also what is a rounded teaspoon?

Making way to big a deal about this. It is not an exact science, just make sure the scoop, tsp, tbsp, or measuring spoon is full to the rim. If you have a little above the rim that is heaping. Good luck Eat, Train & Grow AJ

True...don't sweat the details.Heaping simply means slightly over the rim of the scoop.If unsure,use a little extra as you can't go wrong w/ glutamine.
