P.S. That problem is about a 4 on the 1-10 scale with BarryCare. I had dinner with a former director of the largest orthopedic physician professional association in the world (not hard to figure out) last week and he was explaining to me how BaryCare's ACO regulations just blew a mile-wide hole in the Stark anti-fraud/anti-kickback laws.
