Okay boys, I am exactly 5 weeks into a 8 week cycle of Cyctahol. Weeks 1 - 4 was at 250mg. Week 5 I started tuesday w/250 and friday w/250 for a total of 500mg for week 5. Everytime I do it, I have a pain for a few days after that. So far I have gained absolutely nothing. Obviously my concern is if this shit is real or not. Seems to be no. I weigh 190lbs with about 12 to 15% body fat. I am eating more, and trying to get alot of protein in my system or at least as much as I can. Strength has gone up slightly, no size increase. Is this shit fake? Do I just stop now, or just finish? Do I stop now and wait 3 weeks to begin Clomid anyways? I am really buggin out here, and it isn't so much the money, it is the TIME wasted! Please help me out.

Why did you start with a low dose and then bumped it after 4 weeks.
You should be doing at least 500mg per week and keep it constant. No ups or downs.
You aint gonna notice much with only 250mg per week bro.
 
diet

Diet isn't the greatest. I am trying to take in as much protein as possible. But it isn't clean. I eat everything. Not to much fast food. Lots of Carbs. I have been training hard and heavy. The only thing is, even if my diet was shit, shouldn't I still see a improvement in strength? Also When I fill the syringe, I always get under 1 cc. Never 1 cc exact. One line below.
 
You shouldnt expect to see good results from 250 mgs/week...just as canuk said you gotta go with 500 and thne if your still not gaining something is wrong. One line below 1 cc doesnt make too much of a difference...but eating a ton of carbs and bad foods does. Get some tuna and shakes and if your gonna eat bad food eat it in the morning..at least then your body has a fighting chance at burning off some of it.
