get some calming teas man they really work well. Some claim oxycalm works for them but it did not do crap for me or a friend of mine but maybe you will be one of the lucky ones. Mentally keep telling yourself its just the gear there is no reason someone else needs to pay for your decisions and besides things like the lack of properly coping with the rage is what gives the juice a bad name in the publics eye. so help us all out and calm down!!
