So I went to my doc before I started my first cycle , got bloods done , results said my blood pressure and cholesterol levels were too high , also that my diabetes was out of control

So I started my cycle anyway , went back 7/8 weeks later got full tests done , liver, kidneys , everything , called a week later for results and doc said what ever I'm doing keep doing it as everything was perfect no problems in any departments and by there tests I haven't had diabetes for six weeks . Any one else found this ?

Was the blood work done on cycle or post cycle

I have battled high blood pressure for years and through diet and exercise have been able to manage it to where it stays around 140/80. The interesting thing is once I bumped my trt dosage of 100 ml of test to 450 ml my bp has held steady at 120/80....?

I would like to see the results as well as a full timeline of what happened.

i am suspecting that on cycle you work out more and exercise harder which is causing your body to react better. a lot of guys are like this, if this is the case then you gotta figure out how to stay motivated off cycle as well and you will be good to go.

1 hour a day of exercise is mandatory.. and no it doesn't have to be weight training.. it can be anything active.. a walk, a jog, sex, whatever.. just do 1 hour

Good point Steve. I think we all give that extra effort on cycle. I'm very hypertensive and during my cycle last spring the doc said my blood work/bp looked like that of a high school football players.

Blood work was done before cycle then during cycle , and ill be getting them done a month after cycle fully ends , I have to admit diet has been very clean , train hard for an hour and 30 mins five days a week , my sex drive is insane , it was high to Begin with but it's gone through the roof.

I couldn't tell you my exact stats off hand as I don't know them currently , and it would be misleading to give you old stats , i have cut a lot of fat and I've gained a lot of muscle .

Has your DIET changed drastically?

Lower body fat, more exercise cleaner eating...plus...bp monitoring is very uneven. It can go from high to normal and vice versa within minutes.

Yea my diet has changed drastically, not only that but I've also changed the way I eat , times etc, I have a breakfast of porridge everyday , even non training days, I eat five times a day , chicken , turkey , broccoli, green veg brown rice , no bread , no potatoes except maybe once a week , no cheese, no pasta all clean and healthy , I check my bloods five times a day and have never gone above 7.9 in the last couple months, this from usually being In the 8-11 area.

I've only being taking Test E (also took anavar for the first four weeks at 50mgs a day) once a week along with the diet and training , strength has gone up a lot I feel great , people have told me I seem calmer since I started , not as grumpy but overall a very good experience , practically no sides what so ever , I take a multi vitamin daily also , optimum nutrition hydro whey right after training , with milk thistle twice a day , I've been reading about dandelion root and might switch to that instead , I guess I'm just shocked at how quickly things changed
