Improve my cycle please.

How does this look. It will be my fourth cycle in two years. I'm 22, 5'10, 195 lbs with 10% bf. I'm trying to gain a solid 10 lbs when it is all said and done with.

Week 1-8:
Sustanon:500mg
Primo:400mg
Winstrol:150mg

Week 9:
Primo:200mg
Clomid:100mg/day

Week 10-11:
Primo:200mg
Clomid:50mg/day

Week 12-16:
Primo:200mg

Should I stay on the primo while I take clomid, or take clomid weeks 17-19, or both (just add in another 3 weeks of clomid at the end of the posted cycle)?

i would keep taking 300 and or 400mgs of primo until you run out....and start clomid when off primo.

I would up the sustanon to 750mg/wk if you can and everything else is good.

also you could start higher then 400mgs of primo then go down to 400mgs of primo

Why are you running the primo past the 12 week mark? Very bad idea, IMO.

This is what I would do with what you have:

w1-w8: Sust 500mg, primo 400mg
w9-w12: primo 400mg, winny 75-100mgs.

No need to taper down or pyramid.

I agree with Andy but I personally would run the winny a little longer. Maybe from weeks 6-12.

Instantly improve any cycle, by adding CREATINE!! Lots of it

Don't use the kind with tons of malto-dextrin in it, check the label, stay AWAY from cell-tech type shit.

Unless you own the gear, drop the primo, because you can get a hell of alot more benefit out of Eq or buying more Test (in a bang for your buck kindof way) Not to mention, primo is the most often faked steroid there is.

Also I would switch to Test Enan @ 300mg 2x per week but that's just my opinion, Any test will do really.

thanks for all the suggestions bros. i want to stay on winstrol from the beginning because of Huck's post about it improving androgen receptors. I wanted to stay on Primo as long as possible because it is goddam candy. I love primo like I love mt mom!

Here is my new and improved cycle:

Week 1-8:
Sustanon:750mg
Primo:600mg
Winstrol:150mg

Week 9:
Clomid:100mg/day

Week 10-11:
Clomid:50mg/day

Then I'll take a few more weeks off before hitting Primo at 200mg a week for a bridge.

How is that?

I agree with your last cycle. After the main cycle, go on clomid therapy to get you natural test back up. After the clomid therapy, do Primo 200mg/week till next cycle.
