I'm 2 weeks into PCT and my strength is still going up. Im using ancient strength as part of my pct. I have lost some weight but that could be from the need2slin. I still look as full as I did on cycle though. Beast was a great time for me. I think the best part of it is that you realize you can achieve goals that might of seemed very far off. My diet wasnt even up to par while I was on cycle because of where I'm at. Once I can get home and cook my own meals I know thw sky will be the limit as far as putting on lean pounds.
