Important question...needhelp fast

Ok i am going to be purchasing some sort of jumping shoes, but cant decide what I want. There are either the jump soles which strap onto your shoes and then their are the strength shoes which are an actual shoe that you wear. If ne one has had any experience or could help me out with this predicament I am in it would get appreciated.

ya' you don't wanna cheat yourself with bullshit jump soles. hell, power cleans and squats will work your vertical in no time. couple those with plyos and you'll be set.

it's all the same, whether you're doing high jump, long jump, dunking a ball, or just a better overall vertical. the power is in the legs, and you have to build that up. just read the article link above.
