important question about statuatory

hey Im new here but I have an important question.

I hooked up with this hot high school chick (she's a junior in high school and lives down the block from me) and she is 17 years old. I am 24. Here's the deal though. I didnt fuck her or anything I just let her give me head. It was her first time giving anyone head which is what got me even more turned on about it but hey its a moot point.

However, she's gone high school psycho on me and wants me to go on dates with her and take her to dances etc and since I sure as fuck said no, she's been threatening to report this.

Ok so what exactly can i get in trouble for for just recieving head? cuz she's a virgin and physically they cannot prove I had intercourse with her (hoping that her hymen is still in tact)

no matter what, sounds like ur golden.

1st off, 17 is legal in almost all states, and even if it isnt, lack of a contemporaneous complaint and no physical evidence means its just he said she said. no witnesses, no complaint, no evidence, no case (other than the hassle of it all if she actually follows tru).

what state are you in?

It depends on the laws of the state you are in. In the most strict states statutory rape includes giving head and it doesn't matter if she consents. There was a case in Mass. we read in Criminal Law (I am in law school) where a guy was 18, his girlfried was 16, and they had sex numerous times. THe mother found out and had the DA file charges. He was found guilty, consent was not a defense, and he got like 10 years in the slammer.

In some states, the age of consent is lower (I believe it is as low as 14 in some of the southern states) and consent is a defense.

Depends on the state...then it is your word against her's...hope you didn't send any texts or emails that she kept....

good job bro!!! can we get some pics?

hotzie is going to be jealous bro.

I think the key here is she wants to know she is important to you rather than just some slut that blowed you. Every woman want their first sexual experiences to be special, like they're cinderella and you're prince charming, even though she's blowing you in the back seat of an Acura. You have to convince her she is special. Hang out with her. Doesn't have to be a date or anything like that. Invite her to a local college b-ball game, a quick bite to eat during lunch, anything you would do on a normal day. After that she won't do that "I'm gonna report you" crap anymore.

I read that case too. I can't remember the name though. Was it Micheal M. v. Sonoma County?

That just shows how flawed the law is. It's okay to bang a 14 yr old in one state, and not in another.

What brilliant law makers we have.

I can't remember...I think it was a latino name though. Anyway, the dissent in that ripped the majority decision and I think the legislators woke up and changed the law. Shit is screwed up in Mass anyway...that is why I moved down south lol
