No one will put on 30 pounds of LBM with 500mg in 10 weeks.
I agree all of this is dependent on your goals. I just haven't seen many guys with 3 or 4 years of hard work in the gym say, "I don't really want to put on too much mass with my first cycle". I see a lot of casual training newbies who want to "look like Brad Pitt" say that and for them 300-500 is just fine.
Oh man, this is golden. What I see happening here though is bunch of "users" who dont know what it means to train correctly, and follow proper diet which is high in protein, frequent feedings and with calories at a level supportive of additional muscle growth jumping on gear thinking that its a magic bullet and hence they dont make the gain that they could have. The funny thing is, for those it does not matter if they take 1g+, untill they fix diet and training, resting, they will not gain. On the other hand i beleave and have seen bros gaining 30lb from just running 300mg of nandrolone per week with 20-30mg dof dboll/ed (that makes 510mg/week on the high end, roughly) at a height of over 6'-6'2". Obviously someone who is shorter would gain less. As far as the "Brad Pitt" look, that can be achieved w/o gear. Dont need any gear to sport a body like that.
