Every time I start up again I get sick. I take plenty of Immune Booster and vitamin C and nothing really helps. My head feels like it is going to pop off and is so congested. I have to force myself into the gym cause I ache so bad some days not to mention lack of appetite. What do you guys do to prevent this? I would like this to go away NOW so I can get back to my regiment. Eventually I bounce back but I dont remember how long it takes and I am tired of waiting after only a few days.
