Imitation Crab meat????

Getting prepped for show in May, is imitation crab meat a good food to add to my pre-contest diet.

Not if it is like the stuff I saw in the store recently. Has high fructose corn syrup. All sorts of crappy chemicals, salt, and soy protein.

not to mention it tastes like ass
