I'm weak, need help

Well, I know how to diet, and what to eat very well. My problem is sticking to the diet. I'm usually only good for two to three days, then bad for a day or two. I'm looking for maybe some suggestions on what motivates most people to stick to their diet. I have a lot of will power in some areas, but not food. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
Maybe your diet is clean but not high enough in calories. You start to get cravings and binge eat. Try low calorie fiber filled snacks if you just have to nibble and your diet is large enough. Celery sticks w/fat free cream cheese or ANPB, for example. If your diet is too bland, don't be afraid to experiment with spices and condiments.

If you have willpower in other aspects of your life, what do you think about to motivate yourself?
