I'm up 10 lbs. in 4 days...

Hey Wodin...do you just work through it or what?


Diet is: (1 scoop protein powder w/ every whole food meal)

1. 1000 cals eggs/lowfat ice cream 200mg ala
Workout
2. 1000 cal shake w/ 300mg of ALA
3. 1000 cals ground beef/mashed potatoes
4. 1000 cal shake w/ 2-300mg ala
5. 1000 cals ground beef/ cheese grills
6. 1000 cal shake or oatmeal/steak/efas
7. 1000 cals oatmeal/peanutbutter/steak/efas

Middle of night: 500-700 cal protein/udo's choice shake


I have been haveing some digestive problems, basically I cannot get one meal digested enough before eating the next...so I may have to lower the cals a bit temporarily until my body adjusts...I am quite sick of food, but this is the nature of the game.
 
Word up buck...I might try eq in the winter time
ie. 750-500 sust/dbol/eq but deca should give more mass so...good luck on yours bro.
 
Just clomid eod for estrogen, winstrol helps with progesterone, but I'm only using that for another 3 weeks...water retention is not that bad actually...

where in the hell do u get ground buffalo? And what kind of protein shakes do u take that has 1,000 calories?
 
oh! you know how long it's been since I've had mashed potatoes? Seems like I've been living on veggies and low carb protien shakes forever! I think I'm experiencing one of those infamous DNP induced carb cravings.

190lbs and 7500cal/day - that's a lot of food!!! How do you afford that??

You should grow like there's no tomorrow. Especially with the gear helping to use all of those calories.

I wish I could eat like that.

Why so much ALA? Just a question.
