I'm trying to help

I'm trying to help, I'm a Medical Assistant and I call the Red Cross to see if they needed some help. They told me they'll call me but I haven't received any calls from them; nothing would make me happier than be able to go and help people. I want to go but I don't know how.

They announced on the news that they already have more than enough volunteers to help. Unless you are trained in search and rescue I doubt they will need more help. The best you can do is donate blood.

They are taking down a few of the mobile aid stations that they had put together to take the victims. Since the number of victims that have been seen in the past 12 hours have been less than 20, they are closing some of the remote stations.
