I truly thought 215 would be bigger than this....I dont even look like a bb at all...especially at my new gym where 'big' doesnt mean over 200, big means over 240-50...oh well, time for da juuce and da food

I feel the same way about my dick except when I step on the damn thing.

i gets that feeling too....i wanna seriously train hard now as i;ve been lazy the last few weeks but just my luck i fuck my elbow up a week ago doing p-dips....think its healed and fuck it up worse this week

im 'almost' at my ideal weight too :(

if you get laid easily then I dont see any problems, otherwise yeah you might consider some Muscel-tech....

I hated being 225.

Impossible to be cardiovascularly fit at that weight.

Athleticism also goes down the drain.

190-5lbs is MUCh better for me. (5"9)

I'm seriously considering complimenting BBing with ballet. Anyone done this.

shit frackal... wait till you hit 250 and then weigh in at 220 2 years later... you think you feel small now...

Frack, what are your BBing goals?

Fonz, I think you could be 5'9", 225 and cardiovascularly fit (although you're probably not running marathons with a physique like that). Are/Were you an athlete trying to compete at that weight?

I have this similar problem, I'm in at 225... but want to be bigger... I call this syndrome "Biger-exia" --

notice how everyone on this thread responded with their stats just to make sure. :)

If I remember correctly you are tall frack, right? I am 6'3 and share your problem. It's not about current size, it's actually all in our minds. I felt that way at 190, 215, 220, and even 250. I think at some point you just have to be happy with how you look, and say fuck it. As for the 'big guys' at the gym, I wouldn't worry about them. Who cares about how big other people are. Hey did you ever think in your life you would be over 200lbs? Shit you are now, enjoy it!

wow...i just found out that I also weigh 225 but I'm quite tall so I'm lean. Thats my genetics and I learned to live with it. Actually...I like being lean and do fine with the girls when I try so why try to be something that wasn't meant?

OK...another 10 pounds of muscle would be cool. :)

Man if I ever get to 200 pounds I don't think I would ever wear clothes again. I would just walk around in posing trunks and and tell everyone if they think they could pull it off then be my guest if not I would just bitch slap them all. But that is a good year-year and a half away so hopefully by then i will grow up mentally.

I used to always hang at 235-240lbs... then came way down to 205-208lbs. Smaller is better.

I'm 6' tall and now I'm in a worse mood because I went to train chest today, still experiementing with my powder ala, I took my last 2 300caps of racemic and 500mg r-ala hoping to really get a crazy pump, but instead I go hypo despite the 400 cal carb shake I slammed once I got to the gym, my fucking muscles are giving out left and right, ended up having to bench the measly 100lb incline dbs and 100lb flat dbs just to be safe and not injure myself..fucking A.

Also at 6', 215 is not big enough to really compromise cardio fitness at all...I'm not sure if it's jus that as I get used to my new size I become unhappy with it, or that I just simply haven't reached my goal yet, I am betting on a little of both...I know what I want to look like and this just isnt it.

I'm 6'2" and a tad over 230, and yes its not that big, especially if your tall, pounds add up fast.

im 6'2, 225 pounds.. and i feel small, and big at the same time.. small.. because i was 280 (all fat), but big.. because ive replaced alot of the fat with muscle, and also lost 55 pounds!.. feels great.. my goal is still to be around 200 though...

Fonz is right on. I was 272 at 6' 2", and even though I was strong as fuck, I was in poor cardio shape and didn;t feel athletic.

I played basketball in college so this was an odd feeling.

I've been getting lighter and lighter. I'd love to be 195 again (my playing weight) but would settle for 215. I am about 235 now.

I guess it all depends on your goals.

Dude, if you're at the point where you consider 100lb dbs to be measly, then you are bigger than you think. In the realm of 250lb demigods you may be a little twerp, but in the realm of mortal and midly superhuman men, you are the demon that haunts their dreams. I see guys struggling a bit with the 100s at my gym and they have the size I hope to reach one day. If you think that 215lbs is "too small," then you've been reading too many muscle mags and believing too much EF boasting BS (you know, since everyone here is 215lbs + 1 and therefore you are small).

Damn... sure does sound fun to work my ass off to get to about 200-210 and then continue to feel small. HAHA. Wish me luck

-Leon

I agree with Warik... it's tough to see from a subjective viewpoint... as you feel you must always be bigger and bigger... from that view, you'll never be big enough... just keep doing what you are doing and go from there.
