Im thinking about some cereal.

I just did legs. I was so tired I left before doing hams and went to get chinese food and a 6-pack. Tomorrow i'm gonna do a 20 mile bike ride.

Ewww, LOL! When you said 'puffs' I thought you meant Corn Puffs... I used to always see commercials for Sugar Crisp when I was a kid.

Jaded when you eat cin toa crun doesnt it get super soggy fast? I didn't like it cause of that.

I eat all kinds of Organic cereal now... mostly shit from Natures Path or some shit like that.

not normally. but i did this time. I actually hadent squatted in a while. after bench i decided to throw in some squats and ham curls. Im paying for that now. yesterday i spent the whole day napping on the couch :worried:
 
Go fro Cinnamon Life and let it sit in the milk for at least 15 minutes. Then it achieves proper consistancy and goes down smooth.
