yeah, but i hate dealing with the bones, and im not a huge fan of dark meat.

i am just trying to live as cheaply for the next 2+ months, so i can figure out what i am doing...either going back in training or going back to college.

jobs seem to be slim pickings in a college town, and i don't know how marketable a 'combat medic' really is.

Mix:
8 oz. Sour Cream
Small can Green Chilies
1 cup Salsa

One layer mix.
one layer chicken cubed.
One layer crushed tortilla chips.
one layer grated cheese.
one layer mix.
one layer chips.
Top with grated cheese.

Bake 400 for 30 minutes.

Good Stuff.....

My last boss was Chinese and before her Japanese - their cooking style rubbed on to me over the course of ten years. I never marinated in fruit juices until the Chinese boss - yum yum.

I cook with a lot of fresh herbs, greens and roots.

You should see what I can do with plain rice.

I love fresh ginger - not the same as what you get with sushi.
