Im so pissed!!!

I just saw Mulholland Drive with a few friends..

I LOVED it. I didn't understand 80% of it, but I thought it was awesome and can't wait to discuss it with others who have seen it and try to figure it out more.

BUT my friends hated it and said I can't like it because I can't explain it and the only people who like it are people who think they are artsy and somehow "above" the rest.. One friend said that he wasted 2 hours.. he thought the movie was going to tie together in the end but it never did.

The worst was when my roommate asked one of the friends "how does it compare to gladitor?"

Has anyone else seen it? Have any thoughts?

I've yet to see it, but I have friends who have and loved it. They are neither artsy or "above" the rest of us. Enjoy it for what you thought of it.

Hmm psychological thriller maybe.. its not unlike Memento.. Resivoir Dogs.. Eyes Wide Shut..
