tired and just....... well....... tired.
have no motivation, bloated as heck ... vacation in less than two weeks and my body won't be seen in a bikini in the state Im in..
still sore from my leg workout on SATURDAY. damn!
I need serious motivation... have this huge pic of me going up at the gym shortly from the photo shoot which was the day after my comp.. maybe that will do it.
For those of you that have competed in the past.. do you find it hard to accept the few extra lbs that come back on when you stop depleting?
I thought that mentally I'd be able to accept them.. esp since I went from 148ish all the way down to 120 comp day.. I've only gone up to 132-135 give or take.. but still feel like shit and imo look like shit.
it makes for a depressing day EVERYDAY when i take a quick.... very quick look in the mirror at my fat ass.
