I'm finally ready for my first cycle. I have been doing research for a year. Got my diet down. Training 3 days a week. Hit somewhat of a plateu. Not so much looking for a source but someone who can point me in the right direction for my first cycle. I'm 22 years old. 6'1 and 180lbs. Looking to gain 10-15lbs muscle and lose a few lbs of fat.
 
you can do that by eating well, training hard, and cardio but many have alot to offer on this

I did dbol only gained 30 pounds

I think Test 500mg is what alot say around here these days, lets see where the thread goes-
 
Tons of sources, you have to put the work in to find them my good brotha. It's VERY EASY once you become a member of the "community"..:)

Yeah dbol seems so easy. But bloating? A co worker is doing test / dbol / winstrol. He is a very similar body type. Any input on that combo? Is that too much for what I am trying to acheive?

*Arimidex, .5mgs ED
Weeks 1-6: Dianabol, 30mgs
Weeks 1-10: Testosterone Enanthate, 500mgs
Weeks 8-12: Winstrol, 50mgs ED

PERFECT for your goals. :)

same as above but test at 300mg for a first time user.

500mg might be a little to high on the test to run with 30mg ed of dbol with out adex or a anti estrogen on hand

w 1-6 dbol 30mg
w1-10 test 300mg
8-12 winnie.

clomid 100mg a day for 2 weeks post cycle.
 
I know fat ladies that train more often than 3x a week. I don't think your priorities are in order and if you're even considering an all oral cycle you deserve the retard alert! ding! ding! ding!

And once again the guys here are telling someone to take about double the mgs you need to grow. 500 mgs a week of enanthate is 2x as much as you would need if you actually did have your training and diet dialed in. Don't make me post a pic of myself at age 20 and natural because you'd probably cry.

Harsher than I'd put it but I agree.

As you can see, there are already differing opinions. I'll give you mine.

Steroids are growth drugs. Using them to gain and cut is not the way to go IMO.

Although Ross advocates caution I still think those dosages are way too high for a first timer. 200 mgs of Primo and 10 mgs of D-bol for 4 weeks is an excellant way to get a feel for these very powerful drugs.

In these parts PCT is overrated. SERMS are not the "why not it can't hurt" drug too many people think they are. They do not not assure full recovery and the common recommended clomid dosages are way too high.

I know if I recommend supps people will scream about hype and promotion and all that crap but I GUARANTEE if you use just two supps -- UNLEASHED and BIG BLAST www.proteinfactory.com -- train your ass off and eat all the protein you can fit in your face, you'll acheive your goals without ever taking a single steroid. If you're serious.

dude at 6'1" 180lbs, 22 yrs old you need food and heavy weights before you even consider AAS. head down to the training and diet forums.

Agreed.
Be patient as hard as that may be.
At those stats there is alot more to be gained natty.
You'll be glad that you did.
 
Cracker's right as rain. Workout more than 3 days a weeks, eat clean and take some creatine. When you hit the wall then think about it.
