At age 44 it's time to stop. The side effects are much worse at my age than when I was in my 20's. It's no longer worth it to be strong. I'm just going to train to be the best natural version of myself that I can be. Isn't that all that we can ask of ourselves?

like i suggested to you in the other thread. SARM's and natural supplements will work just fine for your goals

will you be as strong and aggressive as you would on the androgens? of course not. but you don't need that shit anymore with your mental health

good luck brother, keep us updated

I'm 52. But at 44 you're more than old enough to be able to do whatever you choose.

Being the best version of you you can be IS indeed the only thing you need to be. Best of luck.

Steve's right too - there are other options.

I know almost nothing about SARMs. I might do some homework on them and check them out. Are they legal?
I still have TRT at a dose of 100mg every other week. I know that's a very low dose but it's better than having no testosterone at all.

Thanks man! I suspect that every man on gear will reach an age where they feel like me, that it's no longer worth it. My moment came when I realized that dbol was causing severe anxiety and panic attacks. It's no longer worth it to me to suffer like I did last week so that I can curl the 50 pound dumbells instead of the 30 lb. pair. I shouldn't be suffering panic attacks to lift heavier weights.

My pleasure. As per my replies in other threads on the anxiety I still question the connection. At 44 you should feel better on test than off. It's certainly not typical to feel anxious. More so when you haven't in the past when using.

Heck, it might simply be (trust me I had my own 'fun time') a mid-life thing. My head was well f**ked back in 2011 when I was 46. And no amount of test would've made any difference. I needed to sell my house and couldn't. I had a god awful drunk of a lodger and was winding up my business at the same time. Ergo - head screwed and anxious. I was all set to go live off the land and screw the rest of it. :D

i wouldn't use just 100mg of test every other week.. that is 50mg a week.. that is too low man. get on a proper TRT dose

as far as SARM's.. they are legal as research chemicals only. you can buy legit sarm's from sarms1.com, i wouldn't buy them from any other place

they are mild anabolics, they do not come with estrogenic or androgenic sides. you will be able to get results without the nasty sides of steroids

Try to find a good Dr and let them take care of all your TRT needs.

My doctor is anti testosterone use. He's a good doctor for everything else so I don't want to get a new doctor. If I could afford it, I would use one of the online anti-aging clinics where they put you on a fair testosterone dose along with a small dose of GH.

Your doctor is against prescribing the hormones that your body and brain need to operate with normal function yet he's a good doctor? I'm not sure I understand. If he's not doing his job, fire him and pay someone who will do their job. But don't neglect your health because you feel you owe an incompetent doctor your money. Watch this video on the importance of doctors in TRT I shot earlier this year.

If you really have the need for TRT, you need to get it. Unfortunately, many doctors will feel reticent to prescribe it to their patients, even when they actually need it, which is sad. So if they don't give it to you, take it on your own. The SARM called RAD140 is a good alternative for TRT, and it was in fact developed as a replacement of testosterone on TRT.

Maybe I can get a referral to an endocrinologist for my hormone needs.

Endos are great. The only problem is that they usually come with 3-4 month wait times to get in.

When you book an appointment with a doctor and he writes you a referral, ask him to say it's urgent. You might be able to get in quicker that way.

There is nothing wrong with being natural. Even guys that cycle should be natural most of the year anyways. Way too much abuse out there. I tell young guys all the time that believe it or not, you can make gains naturally! They think you need steroids or you cant build muscle. I think this will be a great idea for you.
