Today I had a real good leg workout.
I first did 3 sets of 3 with 265lb
Then I went up to 275lb after that and did a easy 3. Im now at 2 and a half wheels on eachside of the bar. My goal is insight
3 45s on eachside will be mine.....


Followed my squats up with some back ext.
