im putting on my tan base,my diet ok ready?
300gr of coked rice a day with 6 chicken breasts or same proportion of fish,maybe change a meal for a whey shake,aerobics 4 times a weeks on the steeper ,then maybe go dorwn to 150 of cooked rice a day allways before 4 o clock this will make to supper cut and hard...
