Hey guys im new to the thread. I'm 19 years old, female looking to gain some muscle and weight without gaining too much in the bodyfat area. I've been a member here for a while, just never posted anything. I'm a pretty hard gainer, i lift usually 5-6 times a week. Just lookin for some general guidelines about what I need to do to build some size and muscle but without adding too much fat along with it
